New Cottage in the Woods is a special project by award-winning, Street of Dreams custom home builder, Rick Bernard.

New Cottage in the Woods is a local custom home building project that features a state-of-the-art net zero, environmentally friendly home built in collaboration with a variety of suppliers and sub-contractors in the Portland, Oregon.

As the custom home project progresses, we will be featuring a series of workshops and open houses to educate the general public as well as the home construction industry on the use of the modern techniques used in the New Cottage in the Woods construction.

Sponsors will be promoted throughout the building process, at workshops, open houses, and marketing and news media.
